METALKRAFT PEB SYSTEMS:

Metalkraft is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company having its manufacturing facility with 125000 SFT covered space with a manufacturing capacity of 60,000MT per annum. Metalkraft manufactures Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings and Steel Structures with the state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Hyderabad with an annual capacity of 50,000MT.

We offer a wide array of quality features and optional accessories to improve functionality and enhance Steel Building’s appearance.

DESIGN & FABRICATION:

Metalkraft has in-house team of highly skilled and experienced personnel in Design, Drafting, Fabrication and Erection who work closely to design PEBs, Prefabricated structures, as per owner’s requirement & site conditions.

Metalkraft Steel buildings are designed and fabricated according to the international Specifications – MBMA, AISC, IS 800

QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

The Quality management engages highly qualified Competent, experienced quality control engineers, inspectors, technicians to facilitate international quality standards and practices. All structures are designed and manufactured strictly according to Standard specifications ensuring maximum safety and economy by making optimum use of quality raw materials and process consumables.

PEB Products :

• Primary Members:

Metalkraft Primary Members are fabricated with High Grade Steel Plates conforming to ASTM A 572 Grade 350. Factory painted with a minimum of 50 microns (DFT) of corrosion protection primer
• Secondary Members:

Metalkraft ZED & CEE Purlins with Pre-Punching Steel Grade IS 513 / IS 10748 / IS 277 / IS 2062 Finish Mill Finish / Red Oxide Primer / Pre-Galvanized - 120 GSM, 275 GSM, 350 GSM. Thickness •1.50 mm to 3.15 mm for ZED and CEE
• Roof & Wall Panels:

Metalkraft offers both Galvalume and Color coated single skin Trapezoidal Roofing System which consists of sheet width 1080mm, effective covered width of 1000mm and crests height of 32mm and pitch of 200mm. Sheets will be duly coated with Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) Coat or equivalents as per Standard of approved color. Optional - Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) & PVF2
• PEB Accessories:

In addition to the PEB components, Metalkraft also provides a wide range of PEB accessories such as Sky Lights, Wall Lights, Turbo Vents, Ridge Vents, Louvers and Fasteners etc.

Manufacturing Facilities:

METALKRAFT has 5 Manufacturing Units which make a diverse range of products to suit customers' requirements. Each Mill has its own feasibility to manufacture the High Precision Profile having close dimensional tolerance and more no of bends. Metalkraft has exclusive Mills for Manufacturing C&Z Purlins, Roof/Cladding Sheets and Decking Sheets.

Metalkraft has started its 6th unit exclusively for Primary Members of PEB at Sultanpur in Hyderabad with an annual capacity of 50,000 MT which is under construction. We will start the cumulative production there from 01.04.2022.

In addition to the PEB components, Metalkraft also provides a wide range of PEB accessories such as Sky Lights, Wall Lights, Turbo Vents, Ridge Vents, Louvers and Fasteners etc.
